Through the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) process, candidates can obtain Malaysian Skills Certification (SKM) or Diploma Keterampilan Malaysia (DKM) based on their existing skills and knowledge gained through past work or training. To participate, candidates must submit proof of their skills competency, which will be assessed by an Assessor and verified by an External Verification Officer appointed by JPK.
